practice management. She has over 16 years of proven professional experience, including
five years as the Senior Manager in consulting with a Big-Six accounting firm and
five years as the Chief Operating Officer at a large, successful pain management
practice that provided services at 22 hospitals and surgery centers.
She is also a nationally
recognized pain management lecturer. She has given lectures to the Kentucky Medical
Group Management Association, the Healthcare Finance Management Association, the
University of Louisville School of Medicine, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia,
and the World Pain Congress. She is an active member of the Medical Group Management
Association and served as president of the Kentucky Medical Group Management Association
from 1995 to 1996.
Her consulting experience

500 companies in the healthcare industry. Ms. Van Horn has experience working with
physician practice, insurance companies, and hospitals and specializes in establishing
